Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cashew Almond Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Milk Powder
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • A Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • Chopped Almonds for garnish

Instructions

How to make the Laddos

  • Take the Cashew Almond Powder along with sugar, in a mixer and pulse it a couple of times to powder it finely.
  • Then, transfer to a bowl, add in the milk powder, ghee. Mix well with your hands. If you are adding chopped almonds, add it now. Then, pinch out small balls, press well so that the laddos hold their shape.
  • Serve as prasadam before partaking.
